Goals Theoretical foundations of human rights and human rights law, and to give them an overview of the theories and practices, rights and freedoms is to understand.
Contents The historical development of the theory of human rights and fundamental rights of the human being with the idea from the emergence of new rights groups, depending on the social development of the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights and other relevant human rights texts, other regional human rights treaties and their applications are discussed in .
