Goals One of the most prominent social phenomena today is to protect the income of labour and improve their efforts to working and living conditions. This case increased and developed in countries in parallel with the degree of orientation of political regimes to democracy. This situation has lead us to detect general: Democracy is the leading cause of social policy and labor relations as if “sine qua non”. History of Labour Relations is about the birth, development, popularization and historical process of the establishment of social policies (labour relations) within a chronological approach from beginning to present.
Contents Learning and investigating of the relationships of social, economic and working life events and developments from antiquity to the present. In this context, briefly, the method in labor relations, ancient societies, features, feudalism, working relationships and working life issues in Turkey will be discussed within a historical and chronological order.
