Goals Public personnel system, structure, theoretical and based on the legislation in relation to the operation of transferring data, able to use this information in their professional life.
Contents The human dimension of formal organizations, public administration examined in terms of area, the basic principles of public personnel management, appointment of civil servants examination on the merits, historically found in public personnel management system, the establishment and operation of the properties across the state, only the administrative, military, academic, and judicial areas, as all types of employment understanding.
