Goals This course is intended to help students to become familiar with the theories and research about careers.
Contents In the course issues related to careers of individuals, such as career decision making, developmental stages, predictors of career success, and career issues for various groups, such as women, members of minority groups, and older workers will be studied. In addition, the role of the organization in career development, including how this role has changed in recent years as well as organizational processes that can facilitate employees’ career development will be studied.
