Goals Students with the basic principles and concepts of law.
Contents In general, the basic concepts in the science of law, definitions and approaches are discussed. Law courses taught in the department in the future briefly introduced the concepts of meaning and content. In this context, the relationship of social order and law, sources of law, legal rules and elements of implementation, enforcement, law person concept and content of the concept of rights and content of the distinction between public law and private law, state law, and human rights issues of responsibility are emphasized.
