Goals The purpose of this course, the students general principles of constitutional law, and to provide general information about the main features of the Turkish Constitution.
Contents Constitution and constitutional law, the concepts and the construction and modification of the constitution, constitutional types, the concept of the rule of law, government, and the constituent elements of the political power, political parties, electoral systems, and government systems as well as issues and movements in Turkey, the 1982 Constitution basic properties are discussed.
