Goals This course is intended to be informed about the functioning of the administration and administrative law.
Contents The general principles of administrative law, concepts, and resources, administrative law, other legal branches of the distinctive features of the organic and functional sense, management, administrative function, features, depending on the discretion of the authority and administrative procedures, administrative contracts, public service, public officials, administrative organization in Turkey (central government and local government organizations), law enforcement, supervision of the administration.
