Goals The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on Turkish constutitutional law
Contents Ottoman-Turkish Constitutions, the formation of 1982 Constitution, basic characteristic of 1982 Constitution, fundamental rights and freedoms, Legislation and Turkish Grand National Assembly, The President of Republic, Council of Ministers, High Courts and Turkish Constitutional Court.
