Goals Management psychology and organizational behavior issues and transferring this information to the students the theoretical knowledge to contribute to the practical life applications.
Contents Examination of concepts as organization and system, main characteristics of social organizations, organizational roles, power and authority, communication and flow of information in organizations, psychological foundations of organizational efficiency and productivity, organizational change, organizational commitment, organizational climate and culture, leadership and theories of leadership, theories of motivation, conflict in organizations, reasons of conflicts and solving conflicts.
