Goals Transferring students to the theoretical and theoretical knowledge about the management of human resources in the public sector and the private sector to introduce students to human resource management practices.
Contents And management of human resources in organizations, the legal framework for the management of human resources, job analysis, job descriptions, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, compensation, and the differences between personnel management and human resource management in the public sector human resource management and legislation.
