Goals Occurring in local government authority and duty to reveal structural and functional transformation and students to explain the changes occurring in local government
Contents Distribution of duties, authorities and revenues between centralized administration and local governments, administrative, political, fiscal and technological transformations in local governments, effects of these transformations on Turkey’s administrative and political systems.
