Goals Goals of the course to provide basic information about the general principles of criminal law. In this sense, the historical development of criminal law, in which both the West and in Turkey, the concept and the elements of the crime (material element of the offense, the spiritual element, and a causal connection and so on.. )The concept of criminal law and criminal sanctions to be applied, examined in accordance with the decisions of the theory and the national criminal courts.
Contents Origins of criminal law, punishment and types of punishment, sanctions, criminal capacity, application of criminal law in terms of place, time and issue, components of crime and types of crimes.
