Goals This course aim is to analyze globalization in the field of state and public administration in general, which leads to conversions transferring students, is undergoing a transformation of public administration in the face of global developments.
Contents Globalization and its development, effects of development on state structure and public administration, globalization and international organizations, changes in state roles and structures, globalization and changes in public service, globalization and independent regulatory institutes
